Shipping Method & Times 

Good news, we ship internationally! All products will be shipped via DHL / Pos Laju International. It takes about 2 - 3 days to prepare and ship the products and around 7 to 10 days for the parcel to reach you. You should receive an email on your order status as soon as the parcel leaves our studio. Drop us an email if you have yet to receive your email after 3 days.

Lost Parcels

While we try our very best to make sure that the delivery is smooth, sometimes your parcel may be missing. As this is beyond our control, we're unable to provide a refund for lost parcels. In the unlikely event that the parcel does not reach the intended destination, please reach out to your local post office or delivery agency to request for a lost claim. Customs, Duties and Taxes

As customs, duties and tax laws differ from country to country, we're unable to provide an automated tax calculation. Hence, all prices are exclusive of taxes. Please note that customers are fully responsible for all customs, duties and taxes imposed on the parcel. In the event when parcels are sent back to us because of unpaid customs, duties or taxes, an additional shipping fee will be incurred to resend the parcel back to you. Kindly note that clearance times are subject to your local customs, and may cause some delays in delivery. Please reach out to your local customs office for more information.
